You're basically right. A slash command is a convenient trigger for a predefined prompt or workflow. If you create a /devil command (or a Skill) and define its behavior, it will consistently invoke that prompt wherever it's available. The name itself isn't special—you could call it /critic, /review, or anything else. What matters is the instructions behind it, not the command name.
